Week #1 (April 6 - 10)Each lesson contains learning targets, notes, examples,
videos, practice problems, and formative assessments. The answer keys to the formative assessments are also posted. As always, let me know if you find mistakes so I can make corrections. :) Choose whichever resources suite your learning style best. Hover your cursor over the appropriate course tab to see your lessons. NOTE: Please ignore the content below the listed Lessons. If you need help please send me an email. Week #2 (April 13 - 17) Continue working through the Lessons and sending emails if you need help or when instructed to do so at the end of certain lessons. These emails will help me track each student's progress through the lessons. Remember, choose the resources that best suit your learning style. It is up to you how many sample and practice problems you do. If the formative assessment does not go well, try some more problems or contact me or a friend for help. For those who would like help "face-to-face," I am working on a few options. I will post an update later this week. (Libby has been practicing her comfort companion skills over the last 4 weeks. She is willing to make an appearance if needed.) Click on your course name for a "tentative" schedule of unit deadlines. If you have suggestions that would improve your home learning experience please let me know.
New lessons have been been posted. I will continue to add content as needed.
Refer to the tentative schedule to see when the next unit should be completed. NEW! Please submit each FA for feedback once you have completed them. I will do my best to return them with feedback within a day. Check Your Understandings have been posted under each course tab for the first set of lessons. These are not mandatory. Continue to email me if you have questions or if you want me to schedule a video conference for extra help. BIG NOTE I need the weekends to find content and prepare new lessons. You may submit FAs and questions on Saturday and Sunday, but you may not get a response until Monday.
If you are working through your course's lessons but have not contacted me, please do so.
If you have been working through the lessons but have not submitted your formative assessments, please do so. In future, please pass in your FAs as you complete them. Do not wait until the end of the semester to pass in a "bundle" of FAs. As always, send me an email if you have questions or would like me to schedule a video call. Calculus 120 students may keep their textbooks for the remainder of the semester. A PDF link is available for Pre-Calculus 110 and Pre-Calculus A 120 students if you wish to return your books to the school this week during your scheduled appointments.
